3416030 - Few Records Missing After Mass Data Maintenance Import

Few records are missing after mass data maintenance import.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center
2. Go to Import Customer link
3. Upload file 
4. Validate the data and Execute
5. File finished with errors
6. When you check the records in mass data maintenance view, you find that (failed records + imported records) are not equal to total records 

The missing records are in not started status . You can filter it by following below steps:

1. Go to Mass data maintenance work center
2. Go to particular file 
3. Filter by Not Imported records
4. You will find missing records are in not started status

The Not Started records will usually happen because the tool could not complete to process a batch of records, due to an error in one of the records or because the processing is taking more time than expected it will get in queue.

You need to execute the import again for the not imported records

1. Go to Mass data maintenance work center
2. Go to particular file 
3. Filter by Not Imported records
4. Execute Data Import
