3416037 - Universal Allocation: Receiver rule “Fixed amounts” is not available in Fiori app F3338: 'Manage Allocations'

Symptom

While setting up a cycle in app F3338: 'Manage Allocations', you notice that the only options available for receiver rule in the cycle management are 'Fixed percentages', 'Fixed portions' and 'Variable portions', however you wish to use a 'Fixed amounts' rule instead.
