3416074 - Wild Card Search of Material – Central Requisitioning

Symptom

In the case of central requisitioning, when using material search help, assume that the user tries to do a wild card search by providing the value 31* in the Material Field of the search help.  He expects the material, for example “3102704700”, to appear in the result set. However, in the result set the material 3102704700 does not appear.
