3416202 - Unable to rename "Counter" key figure in custom reports

Symptom

Trying to rename the key figure names as per business requirement however, the key figure "Counter" is not editable.

Environment

  • SAP Business ByDesign
  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Work center Business Analytics, View Design Reports.
  2. Select your customized report.
  3. Click Edit With Report Wizard.
  4. Go to Step 2 'Select Key Figures'.
  5. Try to edit Key Figure 'Counter', edit button is greyed out.

Cause

This is standard system behaviour.

Resolution

This is standard system behaviour. Key Figure 'Counter' is same as other standard key figures created by SAP, which are not editable.
