Symptom
A value for monitoring storage, which exceeds the entitled value, is reported in the Inspect Web UI.
This KBA describes how to use Inspect function to troubleshoot this issue.
Note: Inspect feature is only available in Cloud Foundry tenants.
Note: When the assigned database capacity for monitoring storage is exceeded, you're advised to use the Inspect feature to examine and minimize storage usage. Exceeding the assigned database limit for monitoring storage doesn't imply that message processing logs can't be persisted anymore. However, in this case SAP can't ensure optimal performance for message monitoring.
Note:
In product version 6.53.23 an improved calculation for the consumption of monitoring storage has been introduced, which considers parts of monitoring data that were not considered by the previous calculation. As a consequence you might see a sudden increase of the usage values, immediately following the roll-out of product version 6.53.23. Please follow below instructions for reducing the usage of monitoring storage.
