3416331 - Error When Trying to Integrate Employee Using the Employee Central Between Business ByDesign and Success Factors

You have performed the configuration in order to integrate the systems Business ByDesign and Success Factors, however you are receiving the following error message:

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management.
2. Then go to the Web Service Message Monitoring.
3. Select the affected log, which is related to the Service Interface:OrganisationalManagementOrganisationalCentreReplicationRequestingOut.
4. You will see the error.

Such error is occurring because the Service Organisational Centre Replication Outbound with EC is disabled in the Communication Arrangement.

You need to activate the Service Organisational Centre Replication Outbound with EC in the Communication Arrangement.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Then go to the Communication Arrangements view.
3. Search for the EC Integration communication arrangement and open it.
4. Go to the Technical Data.
5. You will see that the service is set as Disabled.
