Symptom
You are running the Employee Recorded Hours report, and notice that the Planned Working Hours field is displaying as 0 after a certain date.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Business Analytics work center.
- Enter the Design Reports view.
- Search for the "Employee Recorded Times" report and open it.
- Filter the report for the required employee.
- Click on the Apply button.
In the results, you see the Planned Working Hours as 0 after a certain date.
Cause
The Period Closure Date for the employee is set as the same date from which the report starts showing 0.
Resolution
In order to fix the issue, perform a Day Closure Run for the employee and re-set the Period Closure Date.
To perform this process, follow the below steps:
- Go to the Time Administration work center.
- Enter the Regular Tasks view.
- Click on Run Day Closure for One Employee.
Here you can select the employee, and re-set the Period Closure Date.
