3416341 - SIA is not created in new installation of BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform

Symptom

  • After ending the fresh installation of BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) Platform successfully in new environment, there is no Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) created.
  • No process of Central Management Server (CMS) or SIA running 
  • The following error is found in setupengine install logs :  Server <hostname>:<port> not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) 
  • Adding a new SIA to to the installation fails at last step and find in its logs : ERROR: AddNode - Could not log into CMS "<hostname>:<port>" with the provided credentials. Ensure that the CMS name, port number, and credentials are correct. (FWM 23002)
  • Repairing the BI platform doesn't solve the issue
  • Tracing the Addnode following KBA 2959125 and KBA 2748037 shows the following  : Invalid password for user Administrator
