Symptom
We're able to extract all our tables in our PINT extractions, except for 2 tables. When we add these two tables in our connection, it saves, but the connection becomes invalid. When we try to validate the connection, the 2 tables are removed from the list. We confirmed we have the proper authorizations, and data is present that should be extracted, what could be the issue?
Resolution
Edit your Source Data (Process Intelligence > Process Data Management > Source Data), add the tables giving you troubles > Click "Add table". Click on the "Preview" option for each table via 3 dots menu. Run preview on each table and see the data comes through. If the tables don't appear here, it means it's not available for extraction.
Check your backend system whether roles are created for the tables. If not, please create one, for example, create a SIGANIO_EXTRACTION role for your backend tables. Once that's completed, run the extraction again in SAP Signavio. If you have further issues, please send SAP Signavio Support the extraction log details.
