3416468 - Some entries are missing in report Access Rights Change Log

Report Access Rights Change Log does not show all the entries which are shown in the Change Tab of business user's access rights screen.

SAP Business ByDesign

First, check the change log in Application and User Management work center as following:

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Business User view.
3. Select the user AAA (AAA refers to the ID of the business user).
4. Click Edit -> Access Right.
5. Go to Change tab.
6. There are X entries on DD/MM/YYYY.

Then, check the change log in the Report:

1. Go to Business Analysis work center.
2. Go to Design Report.
3. Search for Access Rights Change Log and open it.
4. Specify the business user as AAA and date as DD/MM/YYYY.
5. There are Y (Y is always less than X) entries.

Report Access Rights Change Log will only show the change logs related to Work Center and View Assignment and Access Restrictions.

This is the default system behavior. Change Tab includes the change logs of Business Role Assignment, Work Center and View Assignment and Access Restrictions. However, report Access Rights Change Log will only show the change logs related to Work Center and View Assignment and Access Restrictions. The change logs of Business Role Assignment will be shown in report Role Assignment Changes.
