3416477 - How to decide the Data Center of the tenant

Due to the local policy or customer's private demand, the customer wants to specify the Data Center.

Some customers want to specify the Data Center by themselves.

The customer can specify the Data Center by themselves when signing the contract if there is no local policy which limited the location of data storing. For example, a China customer cannot select the Data Center by themselves but a Japanese or a Vietnam customer can select the Data Center by themselves. If the customer already has a tenant in a certain Data Center and needs to change it, an additional contract is needed instead of requesting it in the incident. The detail information please discuss with the customer's CSP (Customer Success Partner) or the contract related team.
