Symptom

Error message AA632 - 'The line item violates the cutoff value of &2 in area &1' appears when posting an invoice in Manage Supplier Invoices app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run/Simulate Manage Supplier Invoices for the Company Code.
  2. Error Message AA632 - 'The line item violates the cutoff value of &2 in area &1'.

Cause

The system will always distinguish values from different depreciation areas. If any of them is negative, it will trigger Error Message AA632.

Resolution

Set flag "Negative value allowed" to asset in Manage fixed assets app.

After the posting, tick off this flag.
