3416496 - ST-A/PI is not installed on system <SID> - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

In Data Volume Management setup step 5.1 Check Prerequisites, there is error: "ST-A/PI is not installed on system <SID>". However when checked system SID, you found ST-A/PI 01V_7xx SP3 has already been installed.
