3416520 - Navigation from App "Display line item cost accounting" not taking to the right application

There is a requirement to navigate to via "Display line item cost accounting" to a different app with respect to the field, for example, 'Order'. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open the app 'Display Line Items - Cost Accounting'.
2. Enter the selection parameters, click on 'Go'.
3. Click on the 'Order' in the output table.
4. It automatically navigates to a different app rather than showing the smart links of all the related apps.

This is standard behaviour.

Smart links are displayed depending on the user authorization. And standard behavior is that when there is just one application available under the smart link then it is immediately opened after clicking on the smartlink.

So, in case user does not have authorization to see all applications under semantic object-Order, it will navigate directly to the only app for which the authorizations are maintained. If authorizations for all the apps are maintained, then on clicking the smartlink there will be popup with list of available apps to choose from.
