3416607 - 'An error occurred in SAP Analytics Cloud agent Service' while creating File server connection in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Below error occurred while making file server connection:

'An error occurred in SAP Analytics Cloud agent Service'.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.21.13 

1. Log into SAC.
2. Go to connections.
3. Click on '+' sign.
4. Under Acquire data connection, click on File server. 
5. Enter the required detail and click on Create button.

Noticed the error: An error occurred in SAP Analytics Cloud agent Service

• The user has not set the proper path in whitelist.txt.
• The user has not used network share on Import and Export folders.

• Users need to mention hostname inside the whitelist.txt
• Users need to set network share with read and write access.
