Symptom

  • We have been working with SAP Sourcing application for multiple years. Over that time the amount of data in SAP Sourcing schema has increased. How to purge and archive all the data that is older than x years for improving overall performance?
  • Data for annual audits is needed, so complete deletion of the old data is not desirable in our case.
  • Is it possible to move the data which is not actively used to separate tables by SAP Sourcing means?
