3416650 - Org Chart link in Quick Card not working consistently

Symptom

When clicking on the Org Chart Icon from action search result, it does not consistently work.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to instance
  2. Enter any user from Action Search
  3. On the result, hover on any user
  4. Click on the Org Chart icon from the Employee Details pop-up window

Org Chart is not loading consistently.

Cause

Bug Fix.

Resolution

As confirmed with engineering team, a code fix was created, which will be released in B2405 on April 19th 2024 for Preview and on May 17th 2024 for Production.
