Symptom

  • 500 Internal Server Error when clicking any webUI link
  • Incident creation or display not possible after SP18 upgrade
  • Not possible to open ChaRM document after upgrading to SP18
  • SOLMANPRO BSP error
  • ST22 Dump OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED
  • Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.
  • Business Server Page (BSP) error See system log in transaction SM21 with message ID BRA. The following information is found in SM21: Source type \CLASS=CL_AIC_IM_M_BSPWDCOMPONEN_IMPL is not compatible, for the purposes of assignment, with target type \CLASS=CL_CRM_SRQM_COMMON_S_COMP_CTRL
