3416691 - Unable to choose application for Identity Authentication User Import

• In the Administration Console of SAP Cloud Identity Services, administrator user is unable to choose an application for user import. The selected application remains the first application in the list.
• Only Manage Users role is assigned to the administrator user.
• The issue is reported after upgrade release of 2023-12-19.
