3416708 - "Deactivation Time" entry in API user's data spreadsheet is blank for few deactivated users in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

After calling the below API Link in the browser to know when the user was deactivated in SAP Analytics Cloud and converting the JSON response into spreadsheet, the deactivation time entry is returned as blank for few deactivated users.
