3416711 - Threshold stored procedure throws errors 101, 103, and 11031 for SAP for ASE

Symptom

  • Create threshold procedure to be greater than or equal to 30 characters in length and these errors occur.
    server  Error: 101, Severity: 15, State: 4
    server  Line 2: SQL syntax error.
    server  Error: 103, Severity: 15, State: 205
    server  The identifier that starts with <'sp_newthresholdaction'> is too long. Maximum length is 30.
    server  Error: 11031, Severity: 16, State: 1
    server  Execution of procedure <sp_newthresholdaction> failed because of errors parsing the source text in syscomments during upgrade. Please drop and recreate <dbo.sp_newthresholdaction>.
