Symptom

IAS tenant is not listed after clicking "Establish Trust" button in a specific subaccount.

But it can be shown in another subaccount or a new subaccount.

Prerequisites:

  • This IAS tenant and BTP global account belong to same customer ID.
  • There is already an existing trust to same IAS tenant with SAML protocol in this subaccount trust configuration.
