3416955 - Partner information not added to XML of Sales Document Output forms - S/4HANA Cloud

Customers may encounter an issue when configuring Partner Determination *for Billing Header in SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments. Despite setting up the configuration to include partner information in the XML of the Billing Document form, the desired results may not be achieved.

The primary cause of the issue is identified as a blank "Print Label" field in the Set Up Partner Determination for Billing Header configuration, even though the "Relevant for Printing" checkbox is checked. This discrepancy prevents the inclusion of partner information in the XML of the Billing Document form.

• The "Print Label" field must be correctly filled in the Set Up Partner Determination for Billing Header configuration.
• Unique Print Labels are required for each partner determination procedure, complying with the constraints of a valid XML element name.
• Custom form templates associated with billing documents need to be promptly adapted to include the necessary partner information.
• Output Management switch must be activated for the system to display the print-relevant indicator.
