User with multiple roles are not able to see section fields, even though the permission has been configured.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1.User A is both EM and EX of employee(subject user)
2.Section permission is set to none to all users and all steps.
3.Section permission is enabled for EM.
4.After the form is launched, User A is unable to see the section of the form.

If a user has multiple roles, the system will consider the minimum value. In this case, User A doesn't have permission to view the section as an EX.
This is current system bahavior.

1. Change the user's role:
If User A is not the subject's EX, the permission won't be limited as an EX. The only permission required is EM, and EM has permission to view the section.

2. Change the configuration in Manage Templates and launch a new form.
Enable permission for EX. Both EX and EM has permission to view the section.
