3416997 - "Couldn't refresh the data" appears when refreshing an import job consuming data from S/4HANA system in SAP Analytics Cloud

1. When refreshing an import job, or creating a new one, consuming data from S/4HANA system the follow error message pops-up:
   • Couldn't refresh the data.
2. On the Data Timeline panel is possible to see the message:
   • The requested system is not allowed by the SAP Cloud Connector (SCC). Check the configuration on SCC and ensure access is granted to the system.
3. The same happens when creating a new model, but the error that pops up is:
   • <NAME>Query has failed to upload because of an error in the plugin service.
4. However, when creating a new model using the same query, but adding filters to it, the model can be successfully created.
