3417008 - Additional Fields Getting Updated While Locking C4C Ask HR Users Using Data Workbench

When trying to lock extra Ask HR Users in C4C by updating the ‘UserAccountsInactiveIndicator’ field as 'TRUE' using Data Workbench, Additional Fields are also Getting Updated

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Data Workbench work center
2. Go to Import view
3. choose Individual Object, Update mode and object as Employee
4. Download the CSV template and populate with an existing employee data and mark field "User_Locked_Indicator" as "true"
5. Upload the template to Data Workbench and import the data
6. Go to Administrator work center
7. Go to Business Users view and search for the user.
8. Go to Edit, select Access Rights
9. Navigate to the Changes tab.
10. In the last change you can see the additional field being updated

These fields are automatically updated when a user has not yet internally classified by the Identity and Access Management application in the backend.

These fields are only used in internal processing, and do not interfere with the usage of the users or their configuration.
