3417010 - Internal Comments Maintained in Material Not Visible when Executing Query Materials Web Service

Symptom

In Query Material Standard SAP Webservice, only the first comment maintained in Purchasing Internal Comments is visible.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Product Portfolio work center
  2. Go to Materials view
  3. Edit XYZ [Here XYZ refers to material]
  4. Navigate to Purchasing tab

You can see internal comments, but using Query Material Standard SAP Webservice you can only see one internal comment being displayed.

Cause

The system is designed to display only one internal comment[Purchasing].

Resolution

This is current system behavior.
