3417023 - Process Variant is blank in Onboarding processes

The process variant is being attributed as 'blank' to the candidate.

The rule defining the Process Variant is configured only for Crossboarding/Internal Hire

Please adjust the rule to the Hire process to trigger the Process Variant for users who are not Crossboarding candidates.
