3417294 - Error "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in" - DocuSign

Symptom

Whenever user prompts to a login screen and enter their credentials, the following error message shows up:

"Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.

User account '<Email ID>' from identity provider '<Email provider>' does not exist in tenant '<tenant name>' and cannot access the application .........

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account."
