3417296 - How to calculate total number of unassociated emails in reports

You want to know, how to calculate total number of unassociated emails in reports.

There are list of emails present in the system and it consists of associated and unassociated emails both.

Currently in the system there is no standard report which can show list of unassociated emails.

We do have an standard data source and you can create report based on the same. Follow the below steps :-

1. Go to Business Analytics --> Design Data Source.
2. Search for the data source as 'E-mail (This contains all E-Mails. It allows you to analyze the usage of Activities by type E-Mails).
3. In the filters for 'Initiating E-mail' select the one with ID '#' and de-select the rest, for 'Service Request Block Reason' 
   make sure you select all the values except '8' and '#'.
4. Apply the filters and you will get the correct count of the un-associated emails out of all the emails in the system.
5. Now you can create report based on same data source and use further.
