You have created a custom report, and the primary data source being used for this report is GLOTAXTIB02. When you open this new custom report you get the following message: 'No report data available to display; check the selection'.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports view. 
3. Search for the create custom report. 
4. Open it. 
5. You will see the message: 

'No report data available to display; check the selection'.

Currently, the primary data source being used for this report is GLOTAXTIB02.

This is a dedicated data source for reporting on VAT Invoices in Ukraine which will only contain data if this functionality is used in Ukraine, and will not contain anything for any other country. This data source is employed for specific tax reporting in Ukraine, not related to standard tax reporting.
