3417463 - How to install 32 bit Business Explorer on SAPGUI 8.00 64 bit installation server

Symptom

User would like to install Business Explorer on SAPGUI 8.00 64 bit installation server, create installation package which includes Business Explorer, 
deliver Business Explorer to the client PC with the package. 

After executed 50160634_2\SAP_GUI_for_Windows_8.00_Comp._1_\PRES1\GUI\Windows\Win64\Setup\NWSapSetupAdmin.exe file, 
"SAP Installation Server Administration" has been opened, but "Business Explorer" doesn't exist on "Products" tab. 

User wonders how to include Business Explorer patch into SAPGUI installation package?
