3417485 - Account assignment missing in service PR created from work order generated by WebDynpro

Symptom

1. When PR is created using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN/ EAM_TASKLIST_CREATE/ Fiori APP Create Maintenance Order, the service account assignment or limit account assignment information is missing.

2. When create PO with reference to PR which was generated via the app "Create Purchase Order”, the account assignment information is not copied.
