  • Email is not sent to the Support Team when using BRF+ 
  • The Support Team is automatically determined when on Simulation mode in the BRF+ tool 
  • Action "Find Support Team Responsible by FDT Rule" is not available in the Scheduled actions assignment block during incident creation
