3417638 - Error Initiating Onboarding: "the onboarding process has already been initiated" - Onboarding 1.0

While trying to initiate Onboarding process from RCM, the following error appears:

"Unable initiate onboarding. Failure reason: the onboarding process has already been initiated"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Access the instance;
2. Go to Recruiting;
3. Select the correct Job Requisition and select the candidate;
4. Click to initiate Onboarding, the error will appear.

The Onboarding process was already initiated for the candidate in the same Job Requisition.

Open a ticket to Onboarding Support to restore the deleted records of onboarding candidate from server side.

Alternatively, you can create a new Job Requisition and process the same Candidate again.
