3417679 - Additional Manager not available under Grant role to - Employee Central & Platform

Not able to see Additional Manager under "Grant role to" dropdown.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles;
2. Select the desired Permission Role;
3. Scroll down till section "3. Grant this role to";
4. Click on Edit Granting on the desired Permission Group or User;
5. On section "1: Define whom you want to grant this role permission to." > click on dropdown list under "Grant role to";
6. Additional Manager is not available.

As much as you can choose Additional Manager under Job Relationship dropdowns, this is an expected behaviour because it is possible to have only static groups for Managers.

Currently, it is a known limitation.

However, you can use Dynamic Groups (DG) according to the needs of your business.
