3417714 - Price Control for materials with Batch Valuation

When trying to change the Price Control of materials with Batch Valuation from V to S, a message saying that Price Control V is the only one possible with Batch Valuation is shown.

System design.

Materials with Batch Valuation have a mother segment (that can be only V-Price Material). The mother segment as such is not relevant for material valuation. Then when batches are created, they are actually a children of the mother segment, relevant for material valuations and can be S price.
