3417724 - "Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again." message when accessing Signavio application within SAP IAS

Symptom

We used your SAML metadata to set up SSO with SAP IAS. When testing access to the Signavio application, we receive the error message, "Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again".

Resolution

Check the 'Conditional Authentication' section within your Cloud Identity Services settings in SAP IAS. By default, SAP IAS is set as the default IDP in the authentication rules. If your IDP is not reflected here, update it here, and try to authenticate access to Signavio again.
