Symptom

During ABAP system update/upgrade, you are trying to perform SPDD adjustment in the shadow system. The following error occurred.
 
Object maintenance in this system only possible in original language Japanese(JA)

Japanese (JA) is an example.
 
If you are trying to logon to the shadow system via Japanese, it will prompt that the language is not installed.
