3417801 - "Copy and Paste" Button for Adding Accounts in the Route Group Does Not Support Delta Paste

Symptom

"Copy and Paste" button for adding accounts in the route group does not support delta paste.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud 
  • Dynamic Visit Planning Add-on 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Dynamic Visit Planning Work Center 
  2. Go to Route Group View 
  3. Open your route group
  4. Click button "Copy and Paste"
  5. If you paste account IDs one by one, the previous account ID will disappear 

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior. It does not support delta paste. 

1) You can copy 1 account ID and paste it in the panel. Then click Add button to add this account to the route group. 

2) You can copy more than 1 account ID together and paste all the account IDs in the panel. Then click Add button to add all the accounts to the route group.
