3417862 - Image is disappearing from email template after clicking 'save' on the email template - Recruiting Management

When you create a request with SAP to host an image for you on the SuccessFactors SFTP servers, we provide you with the hosted image URL. You can then add this image to your email templates and click save. However, after clicking save you may find the image immediately gets removed as if you never added it in the first place.

A possible cause is that your instance has 'Enable Strict URL Check' enabled in Provisioning. 

NOTE: As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please contact your implementation Partner or Professional Services or Support.

Navigate to Provisioning > Company Settings > uncheck the box 'Enable Strict URL Check' and click Save.
