3417887 - IBP: Planning area check or activation fails with error length of attribute <ATTR_ID> shall not be greater than <XX> in MDT <MDT_ID>

A new planning area is created by copying sample model SAP7F and the check or activation of the created planning area fails with error like:
Application-specific validation checks by OBP ended: error.
Length of attribute PRDID shall not be greater than 40 in MDT PRODUCT.
Length of attribute MOTID shall not be greater than 10 in MDT LANE.
