FAQ: Upload and Download Functionality in Fiori Apps for Product Allocation (aATP) 

This KBA will provide you a collection of questions and answers  as well as known concerns and resolutions in context with the upload and download functionality in Fiori Apps for Product Allocation (aATP).
It will be updated on an ongoing basis, with every new question, which will be raised by and which might be interesting for all of our customers.  

Currently included questions and answers:

1. Is it possible to adjust "Activation Status" via file upload in app "Manage Product Allocation Planning Data" 
2. Is it possible to delete characteristic value combinations via file upload in app "Manage Product  Allocation Planning Data"
3. What can be done, if time buckets without any entries are displayed in app "Manage Product  Allocation Planning Data" but the manual maintenance of these time buckets will be prevented with error message: "Malformed URI literal syntax"
4. Using the file upload to regularly update quantities of time buckets and the danger of "PAL Overallocation Situations"
5. The attempt to save data changes from uploaded file fails with the following Fiori error message "Runtime Error: 'RAISE_SHORTDUMP'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated." In the backend an ABAP Dump with exception /BOBF/CX_CDS_DUPLICATE_CREATE might have been created. 
6. There is a maximum of 10 lines of 'Product Allocation Planning Data' that can be displayed and / or maintained at one time.
7. Is it possible to delete material-plant assignments to a product allocation sequence using file upload in app "Assign Product to Product Allocation"
8. The attempt to upload mass data into app "Manage Product Allocation Planning Data" takes very long time or even fails with time out in EDIT (synchronous) mode. How should such situations be handled?
