3418006 - When restart Onboarding there are two Personal Data collection tasks under "For you" to complete - Onboarding

There are multiple cards to complete Personal Data Collection in the candidate access. In Dashboard the Provide Personal Data step was triggered only once as expected.

This is a known issue that only happens in rare situations when the document flow is declined for Docusign which recreates the PDC step, however during the intermediary time, restart is also triggered which actually cancels the process (which deletes the onboarding status card).

Please notice that this issue is the same for Onboarding and Offboarding. 

Engineering is working in a fix to the this issue, and as soon this be available the KBA will be updated. 

There is no workaround available for this issue.
