Symptom
RTCCTOOL is not working and ended with a pop up to logon:
And when this one is canceled, the following error came up:
"Unable to connect to SAP. Error on main destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL : Destination has timed out or dumped recently, not yet due for retry (Connection attempt aborted, did not return.). (rc=50)"
