3418031 - The Billing Plan is missing in FP_VT3 for the newly generated provider contract after executing the BTMF change process for the preceding contract

Symptom

After executing the standard BTMF change process for the provider contract e.g. CHANG_SOLDTO_PARTY, the Billing Plan is missing when the provider contract has been distributed to FICA successfully. The Billing Plan is missing in T-Code FP_VT3.
