Symptom
The SAC Excel Add-in formulas in locally saved Excel workbooks present a preffix with FUNCRES.XLAM'!_xldudf_
Reproducing the Issue
1. Create an Excel workbook with SAC Excel Add-in formulas like in it (SAP.GETDATA, SAP.SETDATA, etc)
2. Save this workbook in a local or remote machine folder or share it with other users
3. Open the local Excel file and notice that the formulas now contain a preffix like, for example, [<DRIVE>:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Root\Office16\LIBRARY\Analysis\FUNCRES.XLAM'!_xldudf_SAP_GETDATA(...)]
Cause
This is not an issue with any SAP product, but with Microsoft Excel Add-in Analysis ToolPak.
Resolution
You get this preffix in formulas only when the workbook was created in a machine with the Microsoft Excel Analysis ToolPak add-ins (XLAM) acitvated and you open the workbook in a machine that does not have this add-ins enabled.
To avoid inconsistencies, the same selection of add-ins must be done on the involved machines.
You can see the enabled Excel Add-ins in Excel, using menu "File" > "Options" > select "Add-ins" > active add-ins are listed.
You can activate/de-activate an add-in by clicking on 'Go' button for selection "Excel Add-ins" for Manage.
Important:
Excel Analysis based on XLAM/COM add-ins are NOT supported in the Excel Online version. To avoid any functionality loss in case a workbook should be used in Excel Online, the recommendation is to not use any of these Add-ins.
