3418088 - System is showing warning messages regarding the Material Flow Rules when performing Post Goods Receipt

When you click on the Post Goods Receipt button when trying to receive an Inbound Delivery, system is showing warning messages.

"Determination of destination inventory failed for product KLM (KLM refers to the product id).
Sequence determination result for item X (X refers to the line item no) is missing.
Inventory in logistics area not available.
Determination of destination inventory failed for product KLM.
Sequence determination result for item X is missing.
Inventory in logistics area not available
Sequence determination result for item X is missing." 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Navigate to Supply Chain Design Master Data work center.
2. Go to Locations view.
3. Search for the relevant Site ID.
4. Click Edit Layout.
5. Notice that relevant Logistics Area is In Preparation status.

You set the Logistics area status In Preparation instead Active for the relevant Site.

You need change the Logistics Area status from In Preparation to Active in the relevant Site, after that it will appear to select source or destination Logistics Area when choose Basic Rule in Material Flow
