3418098 - "Other References" section in Ticket

Symptom

You are trying to setup the Service Order Integration between C4C and S4 following the Help Page below:

Service Order Integration with S/4HANA

And you cannot find the "Other References" section inside the Ticket.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Scope the Service Order Integration correctly 
  2. Open any Ticket
  3. Go to Related Items tab
  4. There is no "Other References" section

Resolution

The "Other References" tab needs to be enabled via Adaptation

  1. Open any Ticket
  2. Navigate to "Related Items" tab
  3. Start Adaptation
  4. Look for "Other References" section
  5. Check 'Personalize' and 'Visible'
