Symptom
You are trying to setup the Service Order Integration between C4C and S4 following the Help Page below:
Service Order Integration with S/4HANA
And you cannot find the "Other References" section inside the Ticket.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Scope the Service Order Integration correctly
- Open any Ticket
- Go to Related Items tab
- There is no "Other References" section
Resolution
The "Other References" tab needs to be enabled via Adaptation
- Open any Ticket
- Navigate to "Related Items" tab
- Start Adaptation
- Look for "Other References" section
- Check 'Personalize' and 'Visible'
