3418112 - Inactive Contract Accounts are still available in the CRM API

Two contract accounts has been created for one customer by mistake. However, one of the contract accounts has already been inactivated. But this inactive contract account is still considered by CRM standard API: API_BUS_SOLUTION_QUOTATION_SRV. Error message CRM_ISX_BTX_PAYMENT 217 can be viewed in the logs of API.

The error message will not occur if the user creates the solution quotation in Fiori Launchpad because contract account can be selected manually in Fiori. However, the system still proposes the contract account which has been marked for deletion.
